Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a hands-on Mitigation Manager with strong restoration leadership experience who takes pride in the work, leads ethically, and understands that customer service, safety, documentation, and profitability all work together.
This is a field-focused leadership role for someone who sees what needs to be done, plans ahead, and takes action—without shortcuts and without ego.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support mitigation technicians in the field
- Plan and schedule water, fire, mold, and trauma jobs
- Visit job sites daily to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Review documentation (notes, photos, moisture maps, sketches) for billing and compliance
- Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters
- Train, coach, and hold the team accountable
- Enforce safety standards and procedures
- Oversee warehouse, vehicles, and equipment
- Ensure vendor program compliance
- Serve as backup on-call and first responder as needed
Required Experience & Certifications
- IICRC certifications:
- Water Restoration (WRT/ASD)
- Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT)
- Mold Remediation (AMRT or equivalent)
- Experience in restoration operations, mitigation management, or field supervision
- Strong knowledge of IICRC standards, documentation, and job profitability
- Ability to manage multiple jobs without becoming overwhelmed
